Nicole began her career as a Real Estate Leasing Agent in 1999, and had great success in the relocation and temporary housing industry throughout the Chicagoland area. Soon after beginning in Real Estate, she decided to further her education and in 2002 received her Bachelor's Degree from Elmhurst College. Never one to allow herself to be content, and driven by a self-described "love for learning" she fulfilled her passion by becoming a licensed Real Estate Broker. Nicole opened Wheatland Realty shortly thereafter in 2004. Tony joined Nicole in 2006 after recieving his Real Estate Salesperson license in June of that same year. For the previous 11 years he worked as a production manager for an industrial printing company. His years of design and printing expertise are reflected in virtually all the marketing and ads used by Wheatland Realty today. Nicole and Tony have been together for 11 years and have 3 children. Both are lifelong Chicagoland residents and have lived in Aurora for the last 8 years.

John Guill has been a real estate professional working in the commercial retail and office industry since 2003. His primary focus has been leasing and property management. John was licensed in Illinois as a Real Estate Salesperson in November of 2005 and became a member of National Association of Realtors in 2007. Born and raised in Naperville Illinois, John went through the District 203 school system. He now holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from DePaul University (Chicago) and an Associates Degree from College of Dupage of in Management. John resides in Naperville's Cress Creek subdivision and enjoys spending time with his wife and four children.

Olin has had a long and diversified career in the real estate industry spanning nearly thirty years. Originally licensed with Gladstone Realtors serving the residential market, he later worked with Trammell Crow Company, an industry leader in commercial real estate. His extensive background has included a history as a Chief Operating Engineer in maintaining and managing a portfolio of commercial properties. This brought him depth and understanding of the costs and complexities of new and existing construction. He also has broad technical experience in selecting and maintaining mechanical systems, energy management, legal compliance issues, life safety systems, and tenant build outs. George's experience over the last ten years in heavy concrete commercial construction as well as residential rehabbing and new luxury custom home construction complements his understanding of quality construction within the constraints of strict budgets and timelines. George has lived in Glen Ellyn for the past sixteen years with his wife and two children.
